Thank you for visiting our website. We would like to give you some insight into our universe and show you who we are and what we have in store for you and your child. When Little Star Day School opened its first school in 2001, it was the first day care center in Zurich that was bilingual, offered a development program, and cared for children in age-homogeneous groups with a high educator-child-ratio. Our slogan back then was: “Our curriculum is unique and our teachers make the difference.” And that still holds true today.
As parents, we know the feelings and concerns parents can have when looking for childcare options. Little Star Day School has helped hundreds of parents since 2001 by providing exceptional quality daycare and bilingual early childhood education for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergarteners. We were the first bilingual daycare center in Zurich, combining high-quality childcare with a unique learning experience. Today – more than 20 years after our founding – we have schools in the greater Zurich area, Kilchberg and Zug. Our proven Early Years Curriculum EYC® is supportive, stimulating, and enables each child to develop to their own personal potential.

We strive to support our families and children. That’s why our schools are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. To make life easier, we provide everything your child will need while at Little Star Day School: diapers, lotion, formula and bottles, fresh meals according to the parents’ instructions, all personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, sunscreen and much more. This way, as a parent, you can fully focus on your little star and bring them to us at Little Star Day School with peace of mind.
